Beach

It's okay if vacation isn't coming up soon. Bring the beach right to your iGoogle homepage and watch the colors reflecting on the water change as the day goes by. It's almost as good as the real thing.

Days ago I wrote Yahoo re they're constantly changing this or that. I changed login and password and it was not acceptable. Still struck out. A few weeks went by and I tried to login to Yahoo again. Same thing happened. Redid login and password and now have lost all my Yahoo emails. Kudos to Google for being a lot more stable and allowing users to make sensible choices et al !! My goodness! I sure hope all of the people complaining about a little decoration on their internet server are just as upset about all the other "little" things in this world; like people that Have to sleep on the streets or kids that go to school "HUNGRY"; or a million other things. Sorry, but this just doesn't upset me. . . .at all!!!

iGoogle leaving, choose Yahoo!  Joan Pearson - Mar 2, 2013 - Report this comment

I have had iGoogle from the beginning and I love it. So many people are commenting on how they want you to keep it! I agree, why change a good thing? When you do, Yahoo will become my homepage!

Reviving the dead beach   - Frank Ellermann - Feb 1, 2013 - Report this comment

This nice theme used to work for many years even over slow modem connections. Now it rarely loads at all. One stupid trick to revive a dead beach is to load any other theme, and click "undo". This doesn't always help, and another trick is to expand the weather gadget, confirm again that you are not a bot busy with some "suspicious network activity" (= Google considers mobile broadband as "suspicious"), and then repeat the load random theme plus undo magic.
