I really love the City Scape theme and have been a huge fan of iGoogle. I am aware that Google will soon be retiring the iGoogle function, and will be extremely sad if it will be the demise of this theme. I have since, started customizing other Google supported Apps/Functions; and would love it if the theme works for Gmail and Calendar too. I.e that the background changes with the time of day. I'm unfamiliar with programming but would think that it isn't as easy as "allowing" the function to be added on, but do hope that your developers will work on it. In particular to THIS City Scape Background with the lower half of the pictures being restored as well (the cute trees/people/bicycles/aliens). Many thanks in advance; And here's to the ability for users to customize the experience as they like it - unlike the fruit out there. Cheers.

Has anyone found out how to get to see ALL of City Scape like it used to be? I only get the tops of the buildings, no trees or bicycle and then across the scape I have stupid icons! I would love to be able to see it like it was before...I do so love City Scape! Thanks!

Thankyou for NOT taking my City Scape! Watching the color of the sky change with the time of day is truly amazing to me. I do not want to change it and I have had it for years. Thanks again.

I join with others in complaining about losing a big part of the City Scape, my favourite theme. I can't understand the change, because the rest of the page is the same, the only difference is loss of City Scape.

I agree with everyone who has commented on the forced loss of City Scape. This theme is the only theme I have ever used, in spite of the coaxing to change themes, and it is the only theme that I care to use. The loss of this theme simply shows that Google, like others in social media, believe that all users can be bullied.

The new look for google does not work with this theme. Any chance that the theme can be revamped to work with the new look?

If you want to see the flying saucers, they only appear at 3:14AM central time. This scene only lasts until 3:15AM so you have to refresh the page at 3:14AM.
