Abstract

L'invention concerne une cellule électrochimique fonctionnant avec une membrane électrolytique polymère (3) sur laquelle sont disposées de par et d'autre, des électrodes à décharge de gaz (2), recouvertes par une plaque terminale (1) ou une plaque bipolaire.
