Johannes Kinker (Nieuwer-Amstel, 1 januari 1764 – Amsterdam, 16 september 1845) was een Nederlands dichter, filosoof en advocaat.
Johannes Kinker was rector from 1828-1829. He succeeded Jean-Gérard-Joseph Ernst, rector for the second time in 1827-1828.
