SONY, a Japanese-based technology company that is very well known for its wide range of gaming consoles is reportedly going to bring back the PlayStation Portable popularly known as the PSP but with a twist. The PSP and PlayStation Vita were among the first and most well-liked gaming consoles in India.
Now, according to a report by Insider Gaming, the company is working on a new device with the codename Q Lite and also mentions that the company will introduce it before it launches the PlayStation 5 Pro next year.
The PlayStation 5's Remote Play feature, which enables game streaming from the console over the internet, will work with Sony's Q Lite, according to the report. However, at the time of writing, the company had not confirmed the device's arrival in the Indian or global markets.
The report also suggests that the console is most likely to get a similar design as the PlayStation 5 controller, with an 8-inch LCD touchscreen screen in between. Additionally, the report mentions that the device could get a 1080P resolution and a refresh rate of 60Hz.
The device, like the PSP and PS Vita, is expected to include adaptive triggers for haptic feedback as well as standard handheld components such as volume controls, speakers, and an audio input jack.
It's interesting to note that the company has been promoting PS Remote Play, which enables users to play PlayStation games on a variety of gadgets like laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
In the meantime, the business has introduced the ZV-1F, a new vlogging camera with a compact size that is ideal for creators and vloggers. The product was created using recycled materials and features a Vari-Angle 7.5 cm LCD touch screen with a Bokeh Switch button that allows the user to alternate between bokeh in the background and subject focus.
