Haviv Ilan

President and chief executive officer

Haviv Ilan is president and chief executive officer of Texas Instruments, a role he assumed in 2023. He has been a member of the company’s board of directors since 2021.

From 2020 to 2023, Ilan served as executive vice president and chief operating officer, responsible for leading the company’s business and sales organizations, technology and manufacturing operations and information technology services.

Throughout his career at TI, Ilan has held a number of leadership roles including senior vice president and general manager of various analog businesses and vice president in TI’s Embedded Processing business, leading the wireless connectivity organization. He has also held a variety of business and engineering leadership roles across the company.

Ilan joined TI in 1999 through the acquisition of Butterfly, a wireless start-up company in Israel. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the Joint International Executive MBA Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Tel Aviv University’s Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration. Ilan is a member of the Business Roundtable.
