waited for 30 mins to be told I need to work on a ipad that wasn't helpful that they can't print , and they won't help.

Really this place should be shut down.

Or the whole office fired and get new workers

The worst postal service I have ever experienced in my life
Scheduled delivery on November,1 took a day off to receive a package. Was home all day, get a notification "we missed you", called dhl customer service they say the driver will try again tmr, I take another day off just to witness the same thing happened.
Was on the phone with customer service every day trying to get my package delivered. On November 3, they put it on hold for no reason, spent another couple days calling them trying to get some answers on this, didn't get any.
Long story short, after that I had 3 other days of "attempted deliveries"
Today, November,10 I leave my house to go to work, and get a notification that my package was left outside of my apartment door, I come home later in the evening and my $400 package is... gone...

SUPER friendly staff when you come by. Although they're legally not allowed to create the paperwork on your behalf, you can ask them for a bit of guidance based off of your shipment's situation.

As for the shipping itself, literally the FASTEST I've ever had and especially internationally. Some companies use USPS and that's just not the move. It's too slow and the number of times they lose the package is ridiculous. Meanwhile DHL has NEVER lost a package and I always have live tracking updates on my shipment's location and status.

If you're waiting to receive a package, it could potentially require you to pay duties/taxes to US Customs before DHL is allowed to move it. Try paying duties/taxes online at www.delivery.dhl.com

It is clear they are attempting to buy reviews. If you look through it is only a 1 star or 5-star. Clear sign of trying to inflate their numbers.

I am leaving this to echo what all other posts here state in hopes another person doesn't feel like they're going insane. I've taken 3 days off work to receive a package that they refuse to waive the signature for. On top of this, they state "no cosignee at the resident". I have a ring camera, and I've been sitting by my door, there was no knock, no doorbell ring, not even foot steps could be heard, and I have dogs that will literally bark at the neighbors fart. They are a terrible service that needs to be shutdown.

Echoing KC C. review from a month ago, they claim to make a delivery attempt but never really do and delay delivery due to workload in which case their estimated delivery time should reflect this rather than "over-promise and under-deliver." No note, no detectable trace. Their notifications do not even indicate as much.

If I could give a zero the women helping out was extremely rude for no reason. Horrible service employee did not help at all and when asked for help she said it's not my job. HELLO YOUR GETTING PAID to help when I asked her if she took Apple pay she said NO. Someone else came in with the same question and she said yes. Horrible service took me over 40 minutes to send PAPERWORK!! I wish I had her name so management could work on customer service support. Unbelievable service.

I don't know if this is the correct page to rave about my courier experience, but I had to tell someone that James, serving the South Sacramento area, gave new meaning to client care and customer service. I had a package rushed to my home, but forgot to fill out the details on delivery. James came to deliver the package and noticed the discrepancies, he took the time to contact me, and give me a moment to correct them so that my package could be delivered in a timely manner. He was polite, and patient with me. His decision to go above and beyond was so appreciated! He genuinely made my day!

I am only giving DHL 5 stars because they are the most competent of the bunch. I moved to Los Angeles a few months ago and have seen enough incompetence within the shipping companies here that make the workers in San Francisco look really good. I would rank like this:
1) DHL
2) Fedex
3) UPS
4) USPS

DHL is the highest because you can schedule the package to be picked up at the hub which I recommend is the only thing you do in Los Angeles. Also, they do not automatically change your request unlike FedEx or UPS. They hold it for you, but do not return items to sender. This is the only reason why DHL is higher than all. Delivery wise, I cannot comment on as I never had DHL deliver to me. FedEx ended up not even looking at my request and still delivering to the address. UPS ended up modifying the address for delivery to a UPS Access Point to the original address when the carrier couldn't make it in time to the UPS Access Point store.

Also, this DHL hub closes at 6PM. They have a sign attached to the gate, but based on my observation of Los Angeles, it is done on purpose. Here when they say close at 6, they mean the workers leave at 6 so most likely 5:30 is put there as a deterrent in case there are difficult transactions that may take the longest.

Update: 6 days later still no package. I have been waiting at the door all day and these fuckers dare say that there was no response in an attempted delivery. So now I have to take my own time and pick it up myself on Monday cause they are too lazy to deliver my package. This is the worst shipping company I have ever seen. Also customer service is useless, they are all talk and nothing more. This place needs to be shut down or have new workers that can actually do their job, and I'm not the only one who think so.
