I'm going to be transparent and say I don't much recall my meal here which leads me to believe it was just aite.
Suffice to say, I was probably not sober while I was here.
I'll just let the photos do the talking.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Dec 11, 2023
Chill Saturday night pocha vibes in Ktown
We came here around 11:30 and got seated right away, but almost all the tables were filled.
Service was mid, we tried to get their attention a couple times because we either needed something or wanted more drinks and it was hard to get their attention and they rarely came around.
Food was also mid, we got the fries and popcorn chicken and I would recommend the chicken but there was nothing special about the price.
Overall, it was ok. Good music, cute vibes, average priceHelpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 27, 2023
We ordered the dukbokki, jajangmyun, and fried beef dumplings. Everything was just ok - although the outdoor vibes here are immaculate and make for a great time with friends. They have a good amount of variety in their menu depending on what you're craving. I'd say DWM is more of a place to hang than somewhere to get good Korean food.
Servers are really friendly. The space reminds me of outdoor dining vendors in Asia. Cutlery is all disposable. Beware of the mosquitos!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 14, 2024
Super chill vibes, love the food, and everyone is super friendly. We really enjoyed coming here to just chill and drink. The manager was really nice when there was a small mistake on our bill. Everything was also reasonably priced for a Korean bar in LA.

We weren't quite sure what to expect, but we ended up leaving really pleased with everything we had. We sat outside and it was a unique vibe, it was like someone's backyard in the best way possible. Even though the service could've been better, it didn't detract from the fact that the food arrived nice and hot. You've got to give the corn cheese and pancake a shot--they're a must-try! The popcorn chicken was enjoyable, but personally, I found the kimchi soup to be my favorite. Good vibes and good food, this place is an ideal spot to go out and chill with friends.

The ambiance is 11/10 breh such a voibeee it makes you feel like you're in Asia, drinking with friends. Food and alcohol is on the pricier side, but you really can't find another place that gives off this unique energy in DTLA. It literally was a hole in the wall and parking spaces for DGM are enough.
You can also eat indoors, but it gives off a more rustic and enclosed feeling rather than outside with the lights.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Oct 23, 2023
Came on a Sunday night and it was still a full house (but there was no wait for a party of 5). The service pretty fast and our drinks and food came out within 5-10 minutes. The army stew had good flavor, but the spicy rice cakes were hard and not chewy and the corn was pretty hard. Ambience is very lively and spacious, also feels good because it's completely outdoors. There is free parking in the back but it's super tight to get in/out once it fills up. If you're unlucky, you'll just have to find street parking.

Social media made me come here! So, in my honest opinion, this is a cool spot to bring friends on a weekend. It took me a cool min to find the place, google maps gave us the run around. There is ample parking in the back, arrived on a Wednesday around 8pm, we were the only ones around, we didn't care since it's been so long since I've been with my sisters!!
Ordered;
Fried chicken 5/5 Must get, sooo hot crispy and delicious
Kimchi Pancake 4/5 My partner enjoyed this but, Dan Sung Sa took the win for me
Bossam 2/5 pass on these not worth it. It was very tough unlike others around Koreatown that are known for it .
The ambiance is exactly from a Korean show, you know the ones you see people drinking, eating and getting wasted? Yup, just like that!
Although the service was ok, it was a great night, the company, food and beverages definitely gave this place higher stars then they deserve!
Note - There is an outdoor patio, not sure if its pet friendly - give them a call first!Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0
