While I may not identify as an audiophile, my purchasing decisions are often guided by aesthetics, and the NOCS Monolith speakers immediately captured my attention with their captivating design. Resembling techno-spiders with multiple eyes, these speakers seamlessly integrate into my living room decor and seem to gaze back at me.

However, my admiration for these speakers extends beyond their visual appeal. Upon pressing play, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional clarity and well-balanced reproduction of instruments, especially noticeable when playing jazz. The spatial sound experience is truly extraordinary, underscoring the importance of owning a pair of these speakers to fully immerse oneself in and appreciate their audio capabilities

The Nocs Monolith has been a revelation as to what can be achieved in a single package and with modern connectivity. Coming from a production background with some of finest listening tools - it’s not an easy task sourcing home speakers (especially those designed to complement to environment) the Monolith has been first of many options tried that succeeds.

By any standard the bass tuning is phenomenal, soundstage larger than form factors should allow and tech integration is seamless.

WARNING - This is not just beautifully designed lifestyle speaker, as many reviews are talking about. This is serious high definition speaker system with connectivity options that is putting to shame many established brands in industry. Add to that great support from NOCS people and You have a winning combination. I bought two Monoliths and have them as regular stereo system. When recovered from shock how beautiful and high quality are made, another one was how good they sound. Soundstage is huge, portraying layering of performers on stage both in depth and width. Speakers are transparent, like studio monitors, they reveal everything, bad recording or good one, 80's digital glare to nowadays high-def recordings. Yet still they sound full and warm, overall tuning of speakers is excellent. They need some time running in before they start giving their best.
