Ripped Christian Bale hangs poolside on 50th birthday trip to Mexico

Christian Bale rang in the big 5-0 with a trip to Mexic-o.

The “Dark Knight” actor celebrated his milestone birthday by heading south to Los Cabos alongside his wife, Sibi Blažić, and their 9-year-old son, Joseph.

The couple’s 18-year-old daughter, Emmeline, did not appear to make the trek.

The trio were photographed lounging by a pool Monday — the day before Bale’s actual birthday.

The “Batman Begins” star put his ripped physique on display in a pair of black swim trunks.

He shielded his eyes from the blazing sun in a pair of blue reflective sunglasses as he sunbathed shirtless on a chaise lounge.

Blažić, who wed Bale in 2000, seemed to be FaceTiming someone as her husband moved his chair to get the perfect amount of sun exposure.

Unlike Bale, the stunt performer, 53, protected herself in a three-quarter sleeve cover-up, a black hat and sunglasses.

Eventually, the Oscar-winning actor cooled off with a dip in the pool, wrapping a towel around his waist as he came out.

Bale looked like a typical dad as he leaned against a wall with his arms folded in front of him while chatting with his wife and son.

Soon after, the “American Psycho” star popped on a navy, long-sleeve top and black baseball hat and joined his family for a walk along the beach.

While Bale looks better than ever for his 50th birthday, his body has gone through several dramatic transformations over the years.

He infamously lost more than 60 pounds for his role in 2004’s “The Machinist” and over 70 pounds for “Ford v Ferrari” 15 years later, both of which left him looking unrecognizable.

On the flip side, Bale gained more than 40 pounds to play con artist Irving Rosenfeld in 2014’s “American Hustle.” On top of changing his physique, he shaved his head for the role.

Although Bale has done just about everything to meet the physical demands of his job — including exercises to “thicken his neck” — he shared in 2019 that he was done putting his body through the wringer.

“I’ve become a little more boring now because I’m older ,and I feel if I keep doing what I’ve done in the past, I’m gonna die,” he told E! News at the Los Angeles premiere of “Ford v Ferrari.”

“So I prefer not to die.”
