Solid survival story telling here; you get to see Ed doing things as they would really be done, with no conceit to the filming process, no fudging it out if it goes wrong. You see the highs and lows and surprisingly (and bravely) the emotions- which all makes this one of the best programs on television. Top marks, Ed.

For me this is the best programme on TV. Ed Staffords attitude towards the situations he's in is inspirational. Well worth watching
