3 My Favorite Exercise Activity is Jogging! My favorite activity for exercise is jogging. I jog early in the morning during the summer. I try to be out side warming up by 6:00 am. I jog three miles then walk for at least ten minutes to cool down. During school with the sports I participate in, I jog as a warm up to those activities. I try to jog on the weekends when I don’t jog much during the week. Jogging is very refreshing and leaves me energized.

5 Advantages and Disadvantages of Jogging Advantages 1. Can do anytime and anywhere. 2. Involves only one person. 3. Conditions the heart. 4. Improves muscle tone. 5. Improves strength. 6. Relieves stress. Disadvantages 1. The element of competition 2. You can get blisters. 3. You need a Doctors check up before starting. 4. Need good running shoes. (not expensive but good)
