I've said it before, and I'll say it again: We are smack-dab in the middle of a Pamela Anderson renaissance — a Pam Anderssaince, if you will. Between Broadway, a documentary, and a book, her public appearances really started picking up in 2022, and for the most part, she was sporting the all-out-glam makeup and hair looks she's best known for. But September 2023 has shown us a new side of the actor and author.
In early September, Anderson was was seen at a Pandora event with low-key latte makeup and during Fashion Week wearing no-makeup-makeup looks without all the bells and whistles. But today, Wednesday, September 27, Anderson took on Paris Fashion Week with what appears to be an actual no-makeup look.
A close look at Anderson's smiling face reveals glowing skin — and nothing else. Perhaps she's wearing a clear lip gloss, but other than that, it seems she skipped blush, eye shadow, mascara, liner, and everything else you might expect Anderson (or any other usually makeup-wearing celebrity) to have on while attending a fashion show.
We're loving this fresh-faced chapter for Anderson, who might have gotten bit by the no-makeup bug earlier this year when she walked the Boss runway in subtle makeup. Or perhaps she was inspired to lighten up when she recreated her Baywatch swimsuit style for a collaboration campaign.
No matter what's behind her shift to a less “done” look, she's proving you don't have to do full-throttle glam makeup to look absolutely stunning.
