Product Description

The rhizome of rhodiola rosea is cylindrical, short and slightly curved, with a few branches, 5 ~ 500px long and 2.9 ~ 112.5px in diameter. The surface is brown or brown, rough and wrinkled, peeled outer epidermis has a layer of membranous yellow epidermis and pink pattern, persistent part of the old flower stem, the base of the flower stem is triangular or ovate membranous scales, internodes are irregular, cross section pink to purplish red, there is a ring pattern, light, loose. The taproot is cylindrical, short and about 500px long, the upper diameter is about 37.5px, and the lateral root is 10-750px long. Section orange-red or purplish-red, sometimes crevorous. Aromatic, slightly bitter, sweet taste.
