'I have decided to move a little more into acting': Bambi Northwood Blyth reveals she's landed a top TV show as she discusses life after splitting from husband Dan Single

Bambi Northwood Blyth has spoken candidly about life following her split from estranged husband, Dan Single, in early 2018. 

During a rare interview with The Daily Telegraph on Sunday, the Australian model revealed she is busy focusing on expanding her career. 

'I have decided to move a little more into acting,' said Bambi, 28, while revealing she is currently filming a top secret TV show which is 'under wraps'.

Bambi went on to reveal she has recently finishing shooting a short film in Paris, in which she is believed to have a leading role. 

The brunette added she is also broadening her skill set by studying for a degree. 

'I'm actually also doing a university degree at the moment, it’s a Bachelor of Business,' said Bambi.

Despite this, the star will be hitting the catwalk at Fashion Week Australia next week for Bec and Bridge - 10 years after making her debut at the event in Sydney.

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar Australia, Bambi said that her 'life was turned upside down' after Dan's horrific accident. 

'I found myself in the middle of the most frightening situation I'd ever been in,' she told the publication. 

'Our plans drifted apart - the picture of what I saw in my future was very different to what he saw.'
