Notorious porn star Ron Jeremy, who earlier this month was declared mentally unfit to stand trial on multiple charges of sexual assault, is reportedly drifting in and out of reality in a confused state where he believes he’s still shooting a porn movie.
Jeremy, real name Ronald Jeremy Hyatt, is said to believe that the nurses treating him in a forensic psychiatric hospital in San Bernardino are actresses in an adult film and is constantly trying to grope them.
The veteran porn performer, nicknamed “The Hedgehog,” drifts between his delusions about adult movies and a catatonic state where he has to be “fed like a baby”.

A source within Patton State Hospital told The Sun: “Ron alters between a catatonic state and thinking he is on a porno shoot.
“He thinks the nurses are naughty nurses there for the sex scenes, so he is always trying to grope their a***s and grab their chests.
“He said to one girl: ‘Hey you’re my fluffer girl, come over and blow me!’
“The nurses have to feed him like a baby when he’s in his catatonic state."
A fluffer is a term referring to a person employed on a pornographic film set to ensure that male actors are kept aroused
Jeremy, who entered the porn industry after his then-girlfriend sent an explicit photo of him into Playgirl magazine, is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for "Most Appearances in Adult Films” with over 2,000 screen credits.
He has been accused of sexual assault dozens of times over the years and in 2020 he was the subject of multiple charges of rape and sexual assault, including one count involving a a 15-year-old girl.
The 69-year-old, who holds a master's degree in Special Education, was indicted on 30 sexual assault counts involving 21 victims, and jailed while awaiting trial.
But Jeremy’s trial was suspended on March 17, 2022, after he was described as being “incoherent” and unable to recognise even his own lawyer.
Last month, Jeremy was declared mentally unfit to stand trial due to "incurable neurocognitive decline”.
He’s currently in Patton State Hospital, and a hearing to decide whether he should remain there for the remainder of his life is set to take place next month.
