Katie Lee Biegel joined Rachael Ray on the Rachael Ray Show to cook turkey meatloaf and talk all about her daughter Iris. While updating the talk show host on her six-month-old, Katie sauteed vegetables and talked about how becoming a mom has affected her daily life.

As far as Iris' appetite goes, Katie said she definitely got her eating habits from her mom. "She loves to eat. She definitely got her mama's appetite because that girl wants to eat all the time," Katie said. "I started making her baby food for her and she loves it. She gets so excited when I get out the spoon she starts to shake."

While giving viewers a brief recipe to follow for her meatloaf, Katie realized she didn't even get the turkey out of the fridge prior to filming. "I forgot to get the turkey out," Katie laughed. "That's really standard for me. I can't remember anything anymore. It's like Iris has sucked every bit of brain cells left out of me." Rachael compared that forgetfulness with her head being like a "colander." Which, TBH, we've all probably been there at some point!

Recipes similar to the turkey meatloaf Katie was whipping up can be found in her new cookbook that includes about 100 easy-to-follow recipes. It's Not Complicated: Simple Recipes for Everyday can be purchased right now on Amazon. The cookbook includes dishes like herbed potato salad, BBQ potato chip-crusted salmon, and a lobster cobb salad.
