Overall positive buying experience. That said, I could have rated it as "Neutral" due to an issue that occurred during shipping. Seller provided an incredible price and accurate description of the item. FREE shipping was to be 2 to 3 day. However, shipping agency incorrectly delivered item to the wrong city / address. Seller provided communications as to new tracking number to ensure item did arrive at my address. Item was packaged properly to ensure no damage occurred during shipping.

Ordered a 30 amp surge protector which was clearly listed, a 50 amp surge protector was sent; the box clearly stated 50 amp surge protector. Communication was horrible and the delay caused much time lost. I requested the correct surge protector since my money was still held and the wrong one in route, but no communication so I bought elsewhere for less even. I’m still waiting on my refund
