Custom-made Faux Gingerbread Houses, modeled after any home you wish, are the perfect decorations to display each year during the holidays. You can choose to scale down your house and illuminate for show, commemorate your childhood with your old family home, or honor joyful memories of a beloved vacation house. These also make fantastic gifts for others!

Made from 100% recycled cardboard, plaster, paint, and caulk, these faux gingerbread houses are decorative and meant for display only. Decorated with hand-piped details, crafted wreaths & garland, faux candies on the roof, and real cinnamon-stick fire logs. Comes in a custom built gift-wrapped storage box.

Pricing is based on square footage of the house you would like designed. If you are looking for something unique or interesting (skyscraper, castle, or your own idea) send me a message and I can set up a custom order to create your one-of-a-kind faux gingerbread design.

• House sizes vary based on customization/home style, but all display nicely on dining room table, window seat, or cabinet
• 18-28" wide base
• 10-16" tall

PROCESSING
• Processing Time | 2-3 months
• These orders are entirely custom-made. I will be designing and assembling them upon request. If purchasing as gifts for the holidays, please factor lead times when placing your order.
• Please note that I'm typically booked up year round and you will be added to a wait list when you place your order. I will reach out in 2-3 month's when I begin your custom house. Houses take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to 1-2 months to construct and dry.

I package individual orders and bring them as a batch to the post office with one scan-code for the set. During heavy mail volume times, your package may sit at one location for a while (sometimes weeks) before being scanned to move on to the next location. It is not lost, just very delayed as mail workers sort through the large number of items moving around the country.

My model home pricing is based on square-footage of full-size buildings. You can quickly check a real-estate website if you need to find your home’s size. The seller was awesome to work with. The craftsmanship of my gingerbread house was even more than amazing. The house itself is adorable, sturdy, surprisingly lightweight, and it lights up! The gingerbread house just couldn't be any cuter! And the custom packaging was phenomenal and my gingerbread house arrived with no damage at all. I cannot rave enough about the quality of my gingerbread house. Truly spectacular!

This turned out to be even more fabulous than I imagined! Mitchell was very responsive and took the time to incorporate my requests and study the photos. (I highly recommend submitting aerial/drone photos of your house, if you can!). The attention to detail is staggering, and the fact that the whole thing lights up is the icing on the gingerbread! I gave this to my husband for his birthday, and he was thrilled. We can't wait to display it at Christmas.
