His records in squat, deadlift and bench press

Schwarzenegger revealed his top records in three of the most classic weight training exercises: the squat, deadlift and bench press.

All of them involve large muscle groups and, especially in bodybuilders, the numbers that he can lift are well above that of the average athlete.

"My best bench press was 238 kilograms, my best dead weight reached 322 kilograms and my maximum squat, 276 kilograms," the seven-time Mister Olympia winner said.

Schwarzenegger, however, pointed out that in his time these numbers might have seemed remarkable, but nowadays, he said, it is common to see higher figures.
