I use a variety of approaches that allow for you to strengthen your inner self throughout the entire therapeutic experience. These approaches are eclectic, as I get to know you and the problem area(s) I will incorporate modalities and interventions that are most suited to treating the unique individual that you are.
My specializations include self-esteem and body image issues, eating disorders, codependency, mood disorders, depression and anxiety. Though specialized in these areas, I am open to working in other realms if I feel I am skilled to do so which can be discussed upon consultation.
