The Oscar winner, 41, goes wet and wild as she fronts the latest campaign for the fashion house.
Some sultry shots see her sink to her knees in the surf and caress her chest, while in others she is more statuesque, gazing into the distance.
As for her clothes - Theron, but only just...
Charlize sports a barely-there gold dress, showing off her long pins and slender figure.
She has fronted as campaigns for Christian Dior perfume J'adore since 2004, when she replaced Estonian model Tiuu Kuik as the face of the scent.
Her TV and print ad appearances all followed a gold colour scheme that has been continued into this shoot.
