I found the Inntel Hotel to be perfect in every way with very friendly yet professional staff. The hotel itself boasts a stylish yet modern decor with ample facilities and ample room space with all amenities necessary to facilitate a comfortable stay. I will be going back here again hence the five stars, a beautiful place.

Great hotel, close to train and bus stations. Staff welcoming and friendly. Shops are more or less on the doorstep. Would stay there again.

We loved this hotel! Our room was large and comfortable and the wellness center was amazing! The restaurant was very gourmet and had a good mix of local dishes and desserts! The staff was also very courteous and helpful!

This place is amazing. Not just visually but the staff and facilities. There are water features all around the hotel. Lovely shops and yet larger shops like Primark almost opposite but they are in such as way as to blend in rather than big concrete eyesores. The restaurant is lovely and sitting inside or outside is superb as you can see the canals and life going on.
The room we had was very good. A fridge, kettle, safe, air con, TV, bathroom enormous and if you like a bath this tub was deep and a treat if you are the kind of person who enjoys bath bombs or romantic soaks for two!
It's just a short train ride to Amsterdam Central and as someone who has always stayed centrally I now would prefer this hotel. As you can tell I loved it.
Oh and I forget, there is also a sauna jacuzzi pool in the wellness facility.

Couldn't fault the hotel or its location. It's only about 13 minutes from Centraal Station. The area around the hotel has many amenities and is very convenient. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

A very nice hotel just feet from the Zaandam train station. It’s clean and modern with a friendly staff. It’s perfect for visiting Amsterdam but not wanting to pay central Amsterdam hotel prices (or be scared of the condition it’ll be in). It’s just a quick 25-30 minute train ride into the city. The area around the hotel itself is very new and nice. An outdoor shopping district with brand-name stores and a variety of nice restaurants situated around a winding canal makes for a nice stroll and easily-accessible amenities. I would highly recommend staying in Zaandam and at the Inntel Hotel. When I come back to Amsterdam, I certainly will be.

Very nice hotel . Town near the train station and shopping centre... Building structure is also veev beautiful and well maintained... The rooms are clean and larger than the average. The restaurant is also very good.. Highly recommend to visit this place.. very nice view in Sunny days...

Just a couple if stops on the train from Schipol airport and Amsterdam Central. Room on 10th floor with great views of Zaandam. Clean. Lovely breakfast. Had the 3 course dinner special for approx €29. Was an excellent meal.

Friendly service and there was always someone who spoke English at the front desk. The building is beautiful on the outside, as is the rest of Zaandam. The inside is clean and comfortable. If you like shopping, it is right across from Primark (think Forever 21 but better and less expensive). The only drawback is that all the shops in Zaandam seem to close very early in the afternoon, but that seems to be standard for the Netherlands.

Great hotel to stay at with a very friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable with great bathrooms. Fantastic views if you can get a higher level. About 200 steps from the train platform that takes you to Amsterdam Central in 9 minutes.

Amazing hotel and unique architecture from the outside. The view in the top rooms are absolutely stunning. Hotel is closeby the local trainstation so easy to reach for example travellers coming from Amsterdam Airport. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Very unique and super nice rooms. Their bathtubs are amazing too and the view from our room was beautiful! I would absolutely come back again if I got the chance.

Amazing place to stay! I loved the old fashioned quirkiness of the outside mixed with the really clean modern feel of the inside. Staff very friendly and even left a little birthday gift in the room for when we arrived. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!

Great hotel. The hotel is in typical style of the city. The rooms are very neat and cozy. The dinner at the restaurant is amazing and the people working there are very pleasant. As their own saying 'you'll be amazed'; Let the waiters know where you're from and you might be surprised they're serving you in your own language. :)

This hotel is amazing so much charm. We will definitely come here again. Easy to get to from airport just 2 stops on the train and it's right outside the station but that doesn't disturbe you.

The Hotel is very nice especially from the outside as you can tell. We booked a Deluxe Craft room. The room was nice and clean however I was expecting it to be a little bigger. Also, we struggled to find the right temperature during the night.

The hotel is located in Zaandam which is about 10/15min by train from Amsterdam (return tickets around 6/7€)...The railway station is right behind the hotel so it will take you just 1 min to go there...

Amazing hotel, it is located in Zaandam which was an amazing location. So easy to get to Central Amsterdam on the train which is literally on your doorstep but in a nice quiet area. There are still plenty of restaurants and name brand stores within a few minutes. The hotel itself has an amazing architectural design on the exterior and the interior is very modern and tasteful. The rooms are all designed differently and have a modern but cosy feel. Breakfast buffet is amazing, champagne even if you like.

Didn't use many of the other services. Slept and went into the spa. Room cleaned daily and to a good enough standard. Pool areas clean and tidy but windows arent mirrored or smoked so people outside can see right in. Nice hotel, will stay there again.

Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, though a little too small for a 4 star hotel, also there are no carpets in the rooms and the floor is not heated either, so it's stone cold all the time. Bathtub drain wasn't closing properly, so a nice comfy bath was out of question. One morning the phone rang at 6:07 without reason, on another night the air conditioning unit decided to turn itself on on maximum power and coldest setting. One day I found my room activated with another key card, though nothing was missing, it seemed just strange.
Beware of the insurance of 50 euro on check-in that must be paid from a credit card, this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process and it's mandatory. It's supposed that you get the insurance back when leaving, but it's already 3 days and still haven't got the money back, will wait and see.

All in all, the design of the hotel is pretty nice, with rooms that have an individual theme, breakfast is ok, staff is attentive.

The hotel is amazing, the building is very different and gorgeous. The location is very good, two minutes walking to train station and only two stops (10 minutes) to Amsterdam centraal station. The rooms are very good and suite includes a private sauna, the service is very right and kindly and the breakfast in very right. I will repeat for sure

Beautiful clean hotel very helpful staff and right next to an amazing bakery. Train station is also close by meaning central Amsterdam is only 10 minutes away. Part of the surrounding area is a bit rough but can easily be avoided.

Just as advertised. Upgraded the room. Breakfast included. Interesting exterior (just as pictured), with 3-star interior. Located adjacent to a train station (take the sprinter for a 15 minute ride to central Amsterdam) and within a shopping area. 100 meters from the closest grocery which has an ATM and sells alcohol and food.

I was astonished by breathtaking view that i got the moment i opened the door to my room. As someone who is very satisfied with the upgrade to the junior suite, i would strongly advise you spend a little bit more money as the atmosphere is like none i had ever experienced before. I adore this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Amazing!! The staff is fantastic, the rooms are wonderful and clean. The views are great. And the food is out of this world.

So cute and the wind are so modern. You will not find any other like it. The coffee is instant but tastes better than any you will find fresh in the US!!

Lovely hotel, free WiFi and Spa facilities. Only a couple of miles from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. 10 minutes on the train and your in the middle of all the action. Zaandam itself has plenty of bars and restaurants, bit quieter than Amsterdam but the architecture is still there.

Excellent service, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, high standards of cleanliness. Welcome package was great. Food in restaurant was an exceptional standard. Breakfast was great too - good selection and fresh.

We had a exceptionally good time on our family weekend at Inntel. The general atmosphere of this hotel is exceptional. It is truly a fairytale location. My mother had all the comforts she needed from arrival, the staff were very accommodating to requests that are not the norm and the rooms, big or small, were inviting and cleaned to an exceptional standard.
Although some places around the area did not accept my debit card, cash machines around the area were easy to find and the shopping strip along the hotel was a pleasure to browse through.
I plan to go back.

We stayed in 509 facing the bike-and-ride parking lot and pedestrian walkway. We liked the uncarpeted room. You can tell that they are clean. The window between the bathroom and bedroom is clear. This seems to be a strange trend in hotel rooms. Very close to the train station. This is not the same as the trams and trolly cars in Amsterdam. It is commuter rail. It is close to coffee and shopping. There are some bars and restaurants close by as well. Rooms are quiet for the most part, but I could hear some shoe footsteps one morning probably due to the hard floors. The bed was a little soft for my taste. On the 3rd floor, there is a vending machine that includes canned Bombay gin and tonic, Heineken, and some kind of canned Bacardi mixed drink. I'd stay here again, but I'd probably buy my tickets as I go. The 3 day local area ticket is too expensive. Very comfortable and roomy. Ko

To start the building looks fantastic from the outside! It's 15 mins from the centre of Amsterdam by train and the train station is next to the hotel!
The staff are really friendly and the room was great. It has access to a wellness center , bar and restaurant.
Worth staying here!

I only visited the meeting and conference area for a 3 day training course but it was a pleasant experience. Facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and attentive.

This hotel is set in small town of Zaandam on the outskirts of Amsterdam. It is 2 minutes walk from the train station. Its 12 minutes into Amsterdam Central by train. Rooms are comfortable and functional. Staff are helpful and approachable. Excellent choice for a short stay.

Rooms are lovely and clean, has a kettle and a tea selection, rooms are decently big. It's nice and close to the train station, which gets you in to Amsterdam central in about 10 minutes. Only problem is with the pressure in the shower, it definitely needs some love. Other than that, bathroom is great, staff are attentive and polite, and breakfast is good. Would recommend these funky hotels!

Hotel looks amazing from the outside, rooms are large, clean and have good bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and room had air conditioning. The breakfast was very nice, wide range of things to choose from and the bar is very comfortable and supplies a good range of drinks.

Incredibly beautiful hotel! Just in love with the architecture! The rooms are different from one to another, we enjoyed our staying there. Nice area and it's just 1 min away from the train station. You can be lucky with cheap price at some dates. The main minus for us was the slowness of the guys on reception, it took ages to get the key and bring it back! So you should take it into account.

Fabulous hotel - liked the idea of being just outside Amsterdam (though it means you need an additional train ticket!) This area was lovely and the hotel was amazing. Loved the swimming pool! Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel. Stunning architecture, amazing area, 15 minutes gets you to Amsterdam Central, and a day return on the train is ~5 euro. Sauna, Steam room, and pool are all great, though the pool can be a bit cool in the mornings. Staff was really helpful and friendly the entire time. Definitely will return, this is the best hotel I have stayed at, and the prices are very good.

Great Hotel with a super friendly Team. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere of the Hotel is great. The Hotel is directly at the Centralstation and on the otherside there is a shopping street. There is also a nice Welnnesarea with a nice pool and if you like you can make an appointment for a good massage. If you travel by car you can use the parkinplace of the shopping street. Its for 1 Day parkin about 19 Euros. The only thing that wasnt that good was that the bed is really small in the normal room. So be sure you dont fall out ;-) but if i go to Zaandam again, then i will book this Hotel for sure.

Breakfast was nice and tasteful with all the basics and more! Never ran out of anything despite the large crowd hoarding the buffet. Orange juice wasn't fresh but I like it that way.

room was a bit small, especially the bathroom (shower) but had everything you need. Bed wasn't to my personal liking (but tastes differ) and perhaps a bit small but they offer paying upgrades. Water pressure in the shower wasn't high but enough to shower normally. Noise insulation was good except for the door to the hallway. Couldn't hear people talking in the room next door but could hear them the moment they got in the hallway.

Hotel is 500m from train station with frequent trains to Amsterdam which takes about 15m travel time. Parking is a bit expensive though.

No ironing board or guest laundry, though there is the usual expensive laundry service. Otherwise, the price is right and the room is very nice - 3 meter ceilings, big bathroom, power by the desk, free Internet and very easy to get to by train from Schiphol airport.

Loved staying here. Easy travelling to and from the city close to canals and a nice evening walk. Shopping opportunities close by.
Room was excellent and had English t.v channels which while we were going through Europe was very rare.
