I know that DHL take good care of their…

I know that DHL take good care of their business customers. But as an individual it's a nightmare. I am paying extra for express service to ensure that my package is delivered next day. I went to 2 service points before around 16.45 and 16.58 at both locations they told me that they do t know if the DHL will pick up the package today or not. So to find a location where they would be sure (or even bring the parcel to the sorting center) I called the DHL Express customer service. Turns out now you need to pay. 0.80 eur per minute. The robo lady on the phone tells you that you will be served within 2 minutes - Thats a long waiting time for a paid number, but ok - I could suck it up. But I ended up waiting for 20 minutes to speak to someone and on top of that they refused to help me, they said that someone will call back within 15 min and I have been now waiting for 15 min.

What kind of joke is this? And since when DHL is in business of making money from phone calls? Cause I believe you don't pay your call center employees 45 EUR per hour.

No cumplen con los envíos a domicilio

Descarados, tengo la ventana de mi oficina sobre la entrada a la finca y con vistas a la calle en la que dejan los repartidores los vehículos para hacer los repartos, resulta que no aparecen en todo el día y luego me llega un mensaje diciendo que no estaba en casa y que lo dejan en otro sitio, habiendo además portero físico en la finca que puede recepcionar el envío o indicar dónde tienen que entregarlo. Pagando un sobre coste por la entrega en el domicilio, es increible.
Pero no acaba aquí, que llamas para pedir explicaciones y les da igual, que tengo que ir yo a recoger el paquete, vamos que he pagado para hacer yo su trabajo. DHL menuda decepción.

Shameless, I have my office window overlooking the entrance to the property and overlooking the street where the delivery drivers leave their vehicles to make deliveries, it turns out that they don't appear all day and then I get a message saying no. It was at home and they left it somewhere else, there also being a physical doorman on the property who can receive the shipment or indicate where they have to deliver it. Paying an extra cost for home delivery is incredible.
But it doesn't end here, you call to ask for explanations and they don't care, I have to go pick up the package, come on, I paid to do their job. DHL what a disappointment.

I have sent documents in size 1…

I have sent documents in size 1 envelope weighing less than 500 grams from UK to India. I have been billed additionally rupees5458 for customs clearance, storage charges and conversion rate of 1 GBP to INR= 107.35 as of 14/April/2024. The rate is not this high.

Customs charges are only INR 1879 and you can do the rest caclulations that DHL is pocketing themselves.

Charges includes, Surcharges, Fees and warehouse storage costs for 1 day.

This means the DHL team can physically verify the Size 1 envelope and take photographs as evidence but because they want to pocket as much money as possible.

I will never use this service again.

Totally waste of time and money.

They are the worst i ever dealt with

They are the worst i ever dealt with. My package is lost for almost 1 week now knowing that it's included food "sweets" and when I sent them email explaining how that's disappointing as the food I paid for won't be feasible to be eaten they didn't even apologies. I'll not choose DHL never again and don't recommend anyone to choose them

I would have given 0 if i could..
Thé worst scam system of delivery with extravagant charges in the form of import custom taxes
For articles of less than 150€ i had to pay an import tax of 80 euros,more than 50%
Dont trust DHL!!!

Talk about a TOP service…

Talk about a TOP service… My parcel was shipped on Wednesday from Egypt, it took one day to do the customs clearance and national transit of the parcel. Then Thursday in the night it arrived in Cairo, later that day in London, in the evening in Brussels and bam, Friday at noon I have my parcel! + the driver waited for me downstairs to sign (which no other company does).

GO WITH COMPETITOR

DHL Express from Toronto (Canada) to New York City (USA). I missed my flight because they couldn't deliver my Travel document on time even though I paid for "Express". ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE. As I'm writing this review, I'm stuck in a country and can't travel back home. They still haven't delivered the document...

Go with FedEx.

DHL will make your situation a nightmare.

The driver couriers are lazy. Untrained customer service.

The driver couriers are lazy. most especially for the express delivery. They dont show up and they will update their system that the receiver address is wrong. Then if you called for customer service they will say the driver is on his way to the service point. Then at the service point they said they are no longer for express. Snd called again to the customer service to find out that my parcel is with them.

One star is too much.
Todau, for the third time in a month, dhl express has failed to deliver my package. All that I got is a message stating that they will deliver it after the weekend. It's unbelievable how unreliable these people ate, and it seems like they don't care at all. No package, your problem, not ours. Avoid at any cost

Dhl - WORST COMPANY EVER

its been one month since i am waiting for my pavkagto arrive.

The KYC ( KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER) process is the biggest nightmare.

Express my a..

Express? It is taking them more than a week to deliver a small packet from USA to Perú, the packet delivery expenses where prepaid but they charged me 10 USD for a good valued at 15 USD to "nationalise" it. Their progress monitor of the delivery sucks , it shows it is still in USA when in fact it went through customs in Perú. There was an estimated delivery date but it disappeared and now it says nothing. Totally useless , it is not the first time they ime, to be avoided at all costs

"Express" item hold for over a week

Never using this garbage service again.

An "express" item was held between Poland and Dubai with ZERO communication that it was due to my MISSING SURNAME. I had to jump through hoops just to contact the correct customer service representative for them to add my surname to the order. ONLY THEN WILL IT TAKE ANOTHER 48 HOURS TO RELEASE IT, AND BECAUSE IT'S WEEKEND, THE HOURS ONLY START COUNTING FROM MONDAY.

0 Sterne- Null, Nullität, wie DHL Express

You can't give 0 stars for this incompetent workers. For 3 days they are unable to find my appartment, and keep lying that I wasn't at home. I' ve lost 2 and a half days because of them.


Maybe you should find workers that recognize a door, not just a blanket posing as one.

Avoid them, or buying anything that is sent with them (of course, unless you can negotiate to receive it from their competition)

Racist Express?

Every single time I use express to receive my package sooner, it ends up being delivered later than the normal post. They are unbelievably useless! I will never get anything from DHL express ever again !
They either keep my shipment on hold for no reason because just my name is not European or something, I provide documents they keep my shipmen on hold for a week then release it opened and messed with !

Worst courier company

Worst courier company. Has been harassing me since past 10 days. Still not delivered my parcel.
Not just that, the customer care person is most insulting when speaking with everytime they come up new issues with the document submitted. Nor do they let us speak directly with customs officer.

The poorest logistic service ever

Honestly, it’s a surprise how this brand is still in business.

DHL Express run very very very poor services. Poor customer service, poor delivery service (They don’t put in any effort to deliver your item exceptionally).

I have used their service three times in the last 6 months and I ended up getting disappointed at all times. A delivery meant to be express, will take ages with little or no communication to you.

Unacceptable

Unacceptable, the delivery man's maneuver caused more than $500 in damage on the ground, I had asked to be delivered on February 29th instead of the 28th to avoid it, of course this was not taken into account ( False service).
In addition, you will not find more expensive than DHL, this company is a trap for the customer (the one who pays!).

Totally incompetent with customs clearing

I have ordered some PCBs from China and they are coming back with stupid questions about the content of the parcel although everything was perfectly declared in the delivery slip. Even worse, they have also asked me what I intend to do with these. I never ever had to declare something like that. One week earlier I have used FedEx with almost the same content. I had it withing 3 days while I'm waiting for 12 days with DHL Express.

DHL Serbia is a joke

DHL Serbia acts illegally asking for incredible amount of documents, including my residence permit (???). The employee of DHL SERBIA named Tamara Milanovic was incredibly rude and toxic. They want me to pay 30 percent of taxes! 30! They hold my package for 10 days and just sending new and new documents to sign. All documents are in Serbian - while they perfectly know that i am English Speaking. Joke, not a branch.
