Do not buy here!

I am still waiting a response from them. Now they do not pick up the phone. Asked for reimbursement via email but still no answer and same excuse it's because of the crowds. It's started to seem a Scam! I'll report to the police if there is no response in 2 days.

It is really strange

It is really strange. I placed order 10 days ago and still waiting. The order status is still Verwerking. I contacted them they said cause the “promo success” they are delayed. Today i received email to give review before the order is received. What the crazy company is this. I want my money back. I don’t need this game any more my kids can’t wait one year to get it

disappointed customer

Ordered on januari 7 and still dont know when i will receive my order. I called customer service and the reason for the delay was too many orders due to the discount month.
This reason is understandable but to say that they dont know how long this 'vertraging' will be is unacceptable. I basically ordered something that I have no idea when will be delivered, will it be a week, 2 weeks, a month?...

Quick delivery but not good packaging

Quick delivery of the multi game table but the packaging was not so good and the table had small parts broken. Other than that, great product for the price although not easy to put it together.

The chairs I bought had faded colours…

The chairs I bought had faded colours because of keeping them in sun. When I arrived to pick up my order I saw plastic chairs and tables outside in the rain and dirt. So they stayed there in sun or rain. The chairs I got were also very dirty.

switch game arrived usealed or used, now the only refund I'm offered is a voucher

Bought a switch game and it arrived completely unsealed this is not normal when it's marked as new , there is no mention of this on the listing.
Apart from that, the case is incredibly scratched and has some bumps, very disappointed for the price I paid

Update:
Now I'm trying to return and get a refund, I paid part of the order with a gift voucher and part with my card, they only want to give me a gift voucher for the amount of the game, which means I'm losing money out of pocket and shipping I paid . Scammers.

I live too far away from the store to go in person and if I receive the refund that I'm forced to use in their stores I will still received an unsealed game that has no guarantee to be new

Thank you for your message. 

If the game was send from one of our Fun stores it's normal that the game was unsealed. In our shops they always take off the sealing and keep the code or disc of the game behind the checkout. This is then only inserted into the game's box when the game is purchased.

Is it possible to send us a picture of the game and send us your ordernummer please? You may forward this to the mail address klantendienst@fun.be .

I buy this step for my daughter and is…

I buy this step for my daughter and is not good, she only uses it for one day 😭 my daughter is so sad, I sent email call, they don't pick up and i still did not get any money back, I will never buy in this winkel again, bad bedrijf,

Had an issue with delivery the first time. Customer service has been responsive and helpful. The item is shipped again.
