Refund difficulty
Be aware and careful . You may think you are buying from Blokker but in fact buying from their partner . I had to return a product which I thought I had purchased from Blokker, but in fact was from one of their partners from order 400405713 as it was defective. I had to pay my own postage to return it. I posted a review and Tommy Teleshopping reached out but gave me NO contact details of how to contact them. I called their call centre on Thursday last week and was told my money had been refunded and would be in my bank. On Monday still no refund and called their call centre again, only this time to be told that no message had been given to their finance department to do the refund and this had now been rectified and I should receive a mail from Blokker within 2 days to confirm the refund . Today is Wednesday, 2 days later and still no email and no refund . I urge customers to be very careful as their service is shocking
