People Friendly

I find the site people friendly and easy to use. Also the service of keeping you updated on the stock and deliveries which you have ordered. I do find their products good and not expensive, and I will keep supporting them.

Replacement power supply sent

Replacement power supply sent - I did not ask for that only where I could get one - so it was a fantastic surprise and received here with much thanks.
That is much better customer service than I was expecting to nice to be surprised ;-)

Refund difficulty

Be aware and careful . You may think you are buying from Blokker but in fact buying from their partner . I had to return a product which I thought I had purchased from Blokker, but in fact was from one of their partners from order 400405713 as it was defective. I had to pay my own postage to return it. I posted a review and Tommy Teleshopping reached out but gave me NO contact details of how to contact them. I called their call centre on Thursday last week and was told my money had been refunded and would be in my bank. On Monday still no refund and called their call centre again, only this time to be told that no message had been given to their finance department to do the refund and this had now been rectified and I should receive a mail from Blokker within 2 days to confirm the refund . Today is Wednesday, 2 days later and still no email and no refund . I urge customers to be very careful as their service is shocking

The leg machines take some getting used to...

Tommy has smart friendly people on the phones.
My 2 orders cam quicker as expected and in fine condition with all the parts intact...
I have always been pleased with this company and have had any extreme problems with them.
I advise people to give them a try,,,some things look like gimmicks but I come from USA and we had many of these things years ago, which you are only getting now.

do not buy from tommyteleshopping.eu

I would not buy from tommyteleshop i live in the netherlands and i bought a vibrofit, saunareducer and total abs, i received them well and quick but the moment i plugged the saunareducer and turned the nob even a milimeter
my whole appartement blacked out and the remote EXPLODED IN MY HAND!!!!!!! I was in shock for a good 5 minutes!!! without a second thought i returned every other product. that was almost a month ago and after 2 payments i have yet to receive even a penny. after calling them they revered me to in3 who revered my to teleshop who revered me to in3. They dont test there products poperly and they have no actual working refund policy.

I don’t think that your service is…

I don’t think that your service is good. Sorry. The return policy is not doable on dertien products. And I experienced some times that I need to follow up several times. I bought the easssy mattress from you. I don't like it at all. To send it back I need to put it in the original packing and send it back that way. How on earth would that be possible for me to do? I don't have the strength or something so suck the air out of the package to force the double bed mattress into a small box. Your advert is misleading too. Just sad.

You do not have to.
If you pack it in plastic it will also be okay.
