Food has always been a focal point for chef Katie Lee, who has made a name for herself as a food and lifestyle contributor on TV and with multiple cookbooks. Currently, Katie co-hosts the Food Network talk show The Kitchen and stars in the Cooking Channel's Beach Bites with Katie Lee. She also gives back as a board member of the Food Bank for New York City and an ambassador for 96 Elephants and the Wildlife Conservation Society.

Katie is gearing up for a brand new role: mom. She's expecting her first child with her husband television producer and actor Ryan Biegel after struggling with fertility.

As she explains to Women's Health in her "Morning, Noon, & Night" video, she keeps her routine on track by simply sticking to it. "I'm a real creature of habit, so this is pretty much how all my days go," she says. Not surprising, she says she spends a lot of time in her kitchen recipe testing for her website and cooking show, The Kitchen. "I believe consistency is the key for keeping on track especially right now," she says.

When she wakes up at 6:30 a.m., Katie beelines for the button on the coffee maker. Her husband sets it up the night before and all that's left to do is press brew.

Morning is also time for her sweat sesh. Katie says she usually works out right before lunch. She gets outside for a "power walk" with her dog and followed by "some toning" with online Obé fitness classes. "I do their pre-natal workout, a sculpt workout," Katie explains. She jokes and hits her booty, "gotta keep that shape."

Next up is lunch. For the carb-loving chef, she whips up a twist on pasta. "I do a really simple, protein-packed pasta." During her pregnancy she's focusing on more protein in her diet with foods like red lentil pasta.

When it's close to bedtime, "I always always wash my face," Katie says. She uses a cream cleanser by Naturally Serious. (Btw it's available at Walmart and Sephora.) Katie says it's good for her dry skin. So is her Biossance Squalane + Marine Algae Eye Cream, Biossance Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil, and Vaseline for her lips. For her growing belly, she applies a generous amount of Biossance Squalane Oil.
