I've been viewing information in here about this phone since I got it myself (Dark Welkin) and here's what I experienced with the phone myself.
First off, I myself play a lot of games to keep my mind at ease in this world full of (just think of what you wanna say here).
I have played Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (A lot of similarities with League of Legends, Wild Rift or not), Call Of Duty: Mobile and Warzone (Crappy Quality on the Warzone quite possibly due to the game itself) and most of the game I've played is very smooth and only fluctuates whenever you have bad connection.
I've tried Punishing Gray Raven and Aether Gazer and I gotta say, those two have the best FPS run in all the games I've done in this phone. But both have like almost similar type of gameplay, including Solo Leveling: Arise.
The only troubles I saw in this phone are two:
1. The Syncing Sessions. Whenever I have a game to sync in to my Facebook account, it just loads and loads and does not go anywhere so I just have to delete my Facebook app so that when I sync in again, it would just route me to a Facebook website and then I can play the game with my account on-sync and re-download Facebook again. (Quite a hassle and unsure if other TCP5G users experience this and also, a bit beneficial since it clears the whole cache of Facebook when re-downloading it.)
2. The Music Player App. Whenever I play some music and run it in shuffle mode or repeat of the whole playlist, there is always a random song that stops the music but the icon still looks it is "Playing" so you have to like pause then unpause it. If you do press next and playback that song, it does not work and instead plays a different song. Those songs that get stuck are random and it doesn't matter where you downloaded the song from. (Quite a hassle since I want to keep my applications limited but if you want, you can download a different app for your music player.)
It's fine to use the device for your daily tasks as it does not fluctuates at all switching tabs or so as long as you keep the recent apps clean after you're finished with it. Take good care of the phone as well as cleaning the phone is very nice to the feeling because of its premium design and so on. Or maybe it is just me that cleans phones once or twice a week.
Another thing, I really don't understand why some people on other phones get mad if the 3.5mm jack is not there and the SD card slot also. If the phone doesn't have it, then just accept it? Like, if you can, you can just modify it so that you can put a 3.5mm jack and an SD card slot for it. You don't need to be mad, they're like an adult kid that didn't get to have a toy gun or something. Stay woke people.

To much delay regarding ota updates last update was in Jan since then no more update we received..... still no major android 14 update like other brands already provided 😒

i bought this back in aug 2023. Mostly i used this for games and tiktok. as for game, it's smooth (in MLBB all ultra)and i didn't have any crash or frame drops; the lag only happens when connection is weak; when screen recording the game, it lags a lil bit, and the phone will heat; my navigation is gesture so when my click is on very edge, most of the time, the game will exit 😭, so i will change the navigation to 3 button. the gesture navigation is way more convenient on daily basis bc of changing tabs like just slide from left to right or vice versa at the very bottom of screen, but for games it's not. up until now (may 2024) my charger is still working and phone charge is still fast. i had a vivo before this phone, therefore i had a hardtime to get rid of habit to slide up for shortcut panel. this phone have the shortcut panel from above, kinda feel sorry for my small hands, wish there's an option to have the shortcut panel from the bottom. Overall, I'm very much satisfied user of this model.

Currently using the Camon 20s Pro 5G (with Mediatek Dimensity 8020). It is the same phone with a different chipset and I'm very impressed. This is my first Tecno phone. Pros: Good Display, Great Sound Quality, Good Enough Cameras, Smooth Performance (Haven't had any slowdown yet, I'm a heavy user), Useful Software Features (HiOS), Good Battery Life, Fast Charging (Under 1.30 Hr) and SD Card + 3.5mm Jack. Overall, I must say this is a great value for money phone and after long time I'm impressed by a phone even though I have used many other brand phones pricier than this one. I'm planning to use this phone for long term now.

There is... more1 year os major update promise will get it for sure android 14 but will come late they are not as good as op, Samsung, vivo, nothing when it comes to provide quick updates like less brand value , limited members of developer team so we have to be patient overall features and specifications are top notch here on this device if ur a pro user working flawlessly

Try if this works or not.. If the issue is not due to tempered glass then try resetting your phone and see if it works or not. Even after resetting if the problem is not gone then there may be a hardware issue so get your phone checked at an authorized service centre.
