T-Mobile usually ... moreDepends on which band (if any) the carrier is actually broadcasting in your area (specific tower etc) even Iphone new models show 5g when there is no 5g..just because a phone shows 5g in status bar does not mean it is actually receiving it (just seeking 5g). Just because a carrier advertises it has 5g does not necessarily mean it is broadcasting 5g in your area (and it could be very limited at that). On Android you need to look at signal check lite or lte discovery apps to see what the phone is actually receiving. On iphone it is highly convoluted to get that kind of info...as always. People look at upload download speeds to justify they are getting 5g even when there is none. The true indication is through the bands. Of course, the phone also needs to have those bands if they are at all broadcast in your area. In the U.S on Tmobile 5g band 71 is a must and only the latest Xiaomi 13 and 13 pro in global versions have that (none before those)

It seems that we in Europe are the last hole of the flute, no MIUI 14 update for now.
Will unlock bootloader for flashing LineageOs custom Rom.

I have a question. I want to switch from iOS to Android but can’t decide which phone to pick. Xiaomi phones are really good when it comes to the price but I heard people saying their phones die for no reason or get destroyed after updates.
Is this a common problem or the problems happen with the Indian versions not the Global versions?

And when you planned to upgrade on other device will it be xiaomi again or some other.
