West Ham insiders Claret and Hugh have delivered some great news this morning by claiming that Lukasz Fabianski should return to training this week.

The 55-capped Poland international goalkeeper should be ready to return to the Hammers’ starting XI for our Premier League clash with Burnley at the London Stadium on January 16th.
The 35-year-old, who earns £65,000 per week (Spotrac) picked up a thigh strain during the warm-up before our game with Everton on Friday night.
Darren Randolph stepped in and kept a clean sheet. The 33-year-old Irishman is a solid back-up stopper. But it could be argued that he isn’t quite good enough to play regular Premier League football.
So the injury problems experienced by Lukasz Fabianski over the past 18 months will be a real concern for the West Ham fans.

Claret and Hugh have allayed the Hammers fans’ fears by claiming that the former Arsenal and Swansea ace should be ready for our game against Burnley in 12 days time.
Keeping the Pole fit will be vital to our hopes of achieving success this season.
In the long-term, however, it will be imperative for West Ham to sign a top class replacement for the 35-year-old.
Whether The West Ham owners are prepared to back David Moyes in the transfer market, however, remains to be seen.
They have been reluctant to spend big on goalkeepers in the past. David Sullivan and David Gold need to break that habit, however. That’s if they have any kind of ambition whatsoever of course.
