How about a change of page? imagine an elastic hero and a slime giant hero that are bros. They often train together, but the elastic hero has a bad habit of getting hungry mid-training, so he ends up chugging the slime giant down in one giant gulp, and his belly is REALLY big since the elastic hero is normal human size and the slime was that of a giant, so he literaly has a "giant" belly. The slime giant gets a bit grumpy, but he gets over it.
