Now Vienna's ex says he 'made out with her' while she was engaged to Jake

The Bachelor show winner Vienna Girardi has been hit with a new sex allegation today by her troublesome ex.

Brian Lee Smith claims she 'made out with him' in his car ten days before her engagement to Jake Pavelka, 32, ended.

Girardi, 23, has already threatened to take legal action over emails allegedly sent between her and Smith last month, in which it is claimed she said: 'You are my life. I love you so much and can't wait to be in your arms again.'

Smith has told Radaronline.com that they made out in his car when she went home to Florida to visit her sick dog.

'We were in my truck hooking up, her shirt was off and Jake just kept calling over and over again,' he says.

According to Smith, Vienna said, 'I can't just ignore his calls or he'll freak out and call every minute.'

When at last Vienna took Pavelka's call, she came up with an excuse, says Smith.

He said: 'She's an amazing liar. She picked up the phone and started yawning and pretending she was sleeping.'

Girardi and Smith had an on-off relationship for four years.  Smith claims Girardi started calling him only a month after she got engaged to Pavelka on the show.

He said: 'At first, it was just once a week and she would tell me she missed me, but then she started asking me to break up with my girlfriend because she couldn't imagine me having sex with another woman and she explained that she and Jake weren't physically intimate.'

He says Girardi told him: 'I couldn't see myself having a child with anyone but you.'

She also explained that her relationship with Pavelka was doomed.

'It's not going to work out,' she allegedly said. 'We don't even have sex anymore.'

By May the ex-lovers were having phone sex, Smith tells Radaronline.com.

'It happened when Jake was out of town and we had phone sex three nights in a row,' he said.

'It was a lot of fun and I told her I wanted her to come see me for my birthday in June.'

Rumours of cheating have plagued the couple throughout their six-month engagement.

In June it was alleged that Girardi had hooked up with Gregory Michael, 29, star of TV show Greek.

But Pavelka's reputation is not squeaky clean either, according to Radaronline.com. In March a source said Jake cheated on Girardi after they got engaged while filming the ABC show.

Allegedly, when he taped The Bachelor, he told his girlfriend their relationship was on hold and she believed he was only trying to promote his acting career.

But when the taping ended and Pavelka was engaged, his girlfriend was shocked. The source claims Pavelka started calling her again soon after.

Phone calls led to an in person meeting, the source says. Pavelka and the ex did not have sex but he told her he loved her.

He chose ultimately to follow through on his engagement to Girardi - a situation that lasted just six months and ended in acrimony amid her accusations of emotional abuse.
