Hayden Panettiere and her fiancé are said to be a lot closer now they are set to become parents. The Nashville star and her beau Wladimir Klitschko are currently expecting their first child together, a little girl who is due next month. Standing at a petite 5ft. 1in. Hayden is said to be struggling immensely with the baby weight, but luckily her 6ft. 5in. husband-to-be is doing everything he can to keep her comfortable.

'She's gained nearly half her body weight, which means she's not having a natural birth - the baby is too big'

"Hayden has gained just over 42lbs. already and still has a few weeks to go. She only weighed 105lbs. before she got pregnant, so she's gained nearly half her body weight, which means she's not having a natural birth - the baby is too big. She's planning a C-section instead," a source told British magazine Closer.

"Wlad is being amazing - he's very protective and feels so guilty that she's having a giant baby! The pregnancy has brought them a lot closer - it's more of a partnership now. They've very loved-up and excited to be getting married."

The couple previously split up in 2011 before reuniting in 2013 and she confirmed he'd popped the question to her last October. While Wladimir was reportedly keen for them to tie the knot before their new arrival entered the world, Hayden is said to have had a different outlook.

"Wlad wanted them to marry before the baby was born, but she said, 'No way am I having my big wedding with a big bump!' She wants to lose all the weight and look stunning in her wedding dress," the insider continued.

"She has a good attitude about her pregnancy body, though she is freaking out about how she'll lose the weight. But her fiancé has made her feel totally normal about her expanding size."
