Vienna Girardi, season 14’s winner of The Bachelor (ah, remember pilot Jake Pavelka?), decided to get with the coolest trend around: announcing that twins are in her future with a post on Instagram.

Girardi shared a photo of an ultrasound labeled “TWIN A” and “TWIN B,” encircled by a heart. (We’re hoping she eventually goes with more intriguing baby names than A and B.) The picture also had the message, “Twice the Blessing, Twice the Fun.”

Also, twice the poo, twice the puke, twice the lack of sleep, but hey, let’s keep things light for Girardi’s sake.
